Horizontal Bookbinding Card

Love my Creative Fold Video today, featuring a Horizontal Bookbinding Card with the Quilted Gilded Leafing.  I shared a week or so ago this technique in a video.  If you missed it you can check it out here. 

Today I use the beautiful Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper.  You will find this technique really highlights your Designer Series Paper, when the paper has some gold in it.

I love when I can create a one-of-a-kind card, when it is a milestone birthday.  A ninetieth birthday is a huge milestone.  I was asked by a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Cheryl Hamilton from Haiku, Hawaii, if I would make a card to celebrate her Mother's Ninety Birthday.  And this is the card I created.

I have shared Vertical Bookbinding Cards before, but I have never done a Horizontal one before.  I just love the look of this card.  Check out the video on how easy it is to create.
