Creative Inking Blog Hop Christmas Cards

The Poinsettia Place Suite is my favorite Suite of product in the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog.  I have done so many elegant cards with this Suite.  And not just in the traditional Reds and Greens.

I love the above card done in the Highland Heather and Purple Posy Colors.  But Check out the Poinsettia itself.  I die cut the Poinsettia with the Poinsettia Dies in Whisper White Card Stock.  Then I sponged with the Highland Heather, but look at the pearlized look.  I used the Shimmer Paint in Frost White after I sponged.

Check out these Poinsettias die cut in the Flirty Flamingo Card Stock.  After die cutting, I took the edge of the Poinsettia, and the center score lines and ran across my VersaMark pad.  Next I applied Silver Embossing Powder and heat set.  Another elegant way to show case these beautiful Poinsettia Dies.  Hard to see by the picture but I also used the Plush Poinsettia Special Paper for a background.
