So love this Cheery Birthday Card. It is another great card shared during my Stamp Family's TEAM Challenge. The card was done by Sandy Bennett from Parma, Ohio.
It is a little hard to see in the picture but Sandy layered Vellum Card Stock behind the leaves and flowers from the Poppy Moments Dies. So love the look of this card. With the layering of the Basic Black Card Stock, this card just pops. And yet another different look for the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. Sandy color it with the Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends. This ribbon is so veristle.
