Adorable Painted Poppy Card
January 23, 2020
Every couple of months I do a challenge for my TEAM, demonstrators that are in my Stamp Family. This is where I sent them products and they need to design at least one card and send it back to me. By doing so, they get their hands on new product, plus have a chance to win a $100, $75, $50 or $25 Gift Certificate for Stampin' Up! Products from me.
My last challenge they got a packet of supplies from the Peaceful Poppies Suite. I am so in love with the bright colors of the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper in this Suite.
Sue Dean from Rochester, New York won the $100 Gift Certificate for this beautiful card. Here is the card opened.
It may be hard to see in the picture, but what really make this card pop, besides the Poppy Parade and Basic Black being used together, is that she used the splatter stamp from the Painted Poppies Stamp Set a lot. She stamped it on the Poppy Parade Card Stock with Poppy Parade Ink for the flowers. And on the Old Olive Card Stock for the leaves she stamped with Old Olive. WOW just makes them have so much dimension. She even used the splatter stamp inside the oval from the Heirlooms Frames Dies & Embossing Folder.
Not only did Sue use the beautiful Designer Series Paper from the Suite, she also used the Peaceful Sequins, and Peaceful Poppies Elements I sent her. Just such an elegant card.
