Southern Serenade Stamp Set

Isn't this card sunny and bright?  I did it for a recent card swap I took part in.

I used the Southern Serenade Stamp Set that you can find in the Occasions Catalog on page. 49.  This set has several nice words stamps plus some great background stamps.  I am sure I will be using this set a lot in the coming weeks.

For this card I used the Stampin' Blends in Old  Olive and in Daffodil Delight.

Did you notice I stamped the flowers on a scrap piece of Whisper White Card Stock and fussy cut them out.  I know what you are thinking, remember it wasn't that long ago we had to fussy cut everything if we wanted depth to our cards.

I also used Pearl Basic Jewels for accents on the card and in the center of the flowers.  Did you notice I colored them in also with thee Stampin' Blends?
