Check out this card done with the Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies.  I used a half of a Metallic Foil Doily and the Oval Stitch Shape Framelit.   By using the Stitched Shapes it just seems to give a more finished edge to your project.

 

The stamp sets I used on this card are the Reason for The Season and and the Gorgeous Grunge.  On the flowers, I used the Wink of Stella on both the leaves and the flower.   The picture doesn't show it well, but the Wink of Stella helps blend the colors and gives it a nice shine.
