Reverse Pleated Gate Fold Card

Today's creative fold video features a Reverse Pleated Gate Fold Card. I did a creative fold doing a pleated gate fold a few months back. You can check that video here.

I love the creative fold in this video, but the designer series paper I used Timeless Elegance is so stunning. This picture doesn't do it justice.

The design of the new Heartfelt Sympathy Stamp Set goes so well with this designer series paper. This stamp set is a set of 6 photopolymer stamps.

The card base is your standard 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" card stock. I used Sahara Sand. You score it at 2", 3 1/8", 5 3/8" and 6 1/2". That's it. Doesn't get easier then that.

For the pleated panels you will need three pieces of designer paper. Two that measure 1 1/2" x 5" and one that measures 1 3/4" x 5". I used Basic Black for a background behind the designer paper.

Those pieces measures 2" x 5 1/4" for one, and two pieces that measured 1 3/4" x 5".

The sizes of card stock for the verse are Sahara Sand 3 1/4" x 3 3/4", Basic Black 3" x 3 1/2" and Very Vanilla is the piece I stamped on and it measures 2 3/4" x 3 1/4".

You need to give this creative fold a try, as it is very stunning but super simple to make. Then make sure you send me a picture of your card.
