Double Slider Card
June 30, 2015
Today's Creative Fold Video features a Double Slider Card with the Build a Birthday Stamp Set. This is a set of 8 photopolymer stamps that is great for any birthday card.
That is why I am featuring this set as a Stamp of the Month Kit this month. You will want to check back tomorrow for all the details of this Stamp of the Month Kit. For today sit back and enjoy this creative fold that is part of this kit.
The base of the card is your standard 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of card stock that is scored at 2 3/4", 5 1/2" and 8 1/4". You will need the 1 3/8" Circle Punch and the Word Window Punch to create the opening and slide.
All you need to make the slide part of this card is the large Cellophane Bags that measure 4" x 6". You cut a strip off this bag that measures 1 1/4".
The slides themselves are made with two pieces of Watermelon Wonder Card Stock that measure 2 1/2" x 3 1/2", and two pieces of Whisper White that measure 2 1/4" x 3 1/4".
The Designer Series Paper that is wrapped around measures 4" x 6" and comes from the Cherry of Top Paper Stacks. Have you checked these paper stack out yet?
There are a great source of lots of fun design paper patterns. Each Paper Stack comes with 48 sheets of 6" x 6" double-sided paper. There are 12 different patterns and you get 4 sheets of each pattern for only $8.00. What a deal!
This is the first time that I used the new Tear and Tape being sold by Stampin' Up! in the new catalog. Oh my I am in love. No more pieces of red sticky tape all over. You need to give it a try also because I guarantee you will love it like me.
Oh cute! I get so excited each week to see what you have been working on because it's always AMAZING! Thank you for sharing this with us. Pinned and tweeted. I hope to see you on Monday at 7 pm, so we can party!!!! Lou Lou Girls
