Stampin' Up!'s Halloween Hello Stamp Set

Tami White used several different techniques for her Founder's Circle Swap.  First she brayered the Chevron Embossing Folder and then a masking technique on the Top Note Die Cut.  She used the Halloween Hello Stamp Set found in Stampin' Up!'s Holiday Catalog.
