Jenn Tinline created this card using the By The Tide Stamp Set and the beautiful Core'dinations Card Stock in Pool Party found in the Spring Stampin' Up! Catalog.  The Core'dinations Card Stock has a white core to it, and when you use an embossing folder, Jenn used the Chevron Folder, it brakes the fibers of the card stock and then if you use the Stampin' Sanding System it shows the white core of the card stock.  This really gives depth to your projects.
