Stampin' Up!'s Statement of the Heart

Every year Stampin' Up! honors a demonstrator with the Statement of the Heart award from nominations from other demonstrators.  This demonstrator represents Stampin' Up!'s Statement of Heart which reads "To love what we do and share what we love as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments in this we make a difference!"  This is always a very emotional time at Stampin' Up!'s Convention as this award is given out.  This year's demonstrator receiving the Statement of the Heart Award was Lee Conrey for her many hours donated to charity.  Yesterday ,I was deeply touched by the card below I received from Holly who works in Demonstrator Support with Stampin' Up!.  Holly wrote to congratulate me for being nominated for this award.  Inside the card was the beautiful nomination letter submitted by Lisa Curcio from Florida.  Words can not express how this nomination made me feel.  Lisa has been very ill for the last several years, and I didn't do anything out of the norm, just words of encouragement and help to keep her business going during this rough time in her life.  Receiving this card today reinforced why I have been a demonstrator for 15 years, it is the relationships, it is touching hearts of others that you would have never had the chance to meet, if it was not for rubber & ink.  Lisa stated in her nomination letter that I was such a blessing to her, she has no idea what a blessing she is to me, but one of the biggest blessing we both have is Stampin' Up! in our lives.  So thanks Lisa for being you and reminding me of how blessed we both are with Stampin' Up! in our lives.
