Another Fun Card Spotlighting Stampin' Up!'s Exclusive Designer Series Paper

It is surprising how much color you can add to a card with some pieces of Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper. This card used the Color Collection in the Brights Paper Stack. Happy Hour Stamp Set also brings this card to life. With just a small piece of Pool Party Cardstock Embossed with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder this card has lots of character.
Your name must not have been on the orginial card, as I try very hard to acknowledge when I post some one else's design. I do love it.
