Stampin' Up!'s The Open Sea

Gosh I love The Open Sea Stamp Set.  Look at the background it is done with a brayered Perfect Detail Textura Plate and ran through the Big Shot.  This technique gives a very soft looking background.  Kelly Acheson designed this card for our cruise swap.
