Masculine Cards Made Easy

Hardwood Background_Look UpTo Father Stamp

Today's video shows you an easy way to make a masculine card, one of the hardest cards for me to make.  Check out the use of blender pens on this card.

I used the new Wood-Mount Hardwood Background Stamp #133032 found in the Occasions Catalog.  It measures 4 1/2" x 5 3/4" which is perfect when making backgrounds.

I used the Early Espresso Classic Ink Pad #126974 and stamped in on the Crumb Cake Cardstock #120953.  Then I used the Blender Pens #102845 they come in a set of 3 and are perfect for blending classic ink.

I used the Stampin' Write Markers to ink the Look Up to Father Stamp, which is a single wood stamp again found in the Occasions Catalog.  I used several shades of green markers on the tree and grass to give it some dimension.

Just by added a little Linen Thread you have a fast and easy Masculine Card.  I fine that when I make cards if I don't stamp a verse on them they are ready to go for whatever occasion I need them for.
