Stampin' Up!'s Witches' Brew Designer Paper

One of best part of Founder's Circle Retreat is our card swap.  We are the only guest at the Marriott so every year we have a PJ Party and card swap.  This year we had to make 120 cards and we lined the halls as we swapped.  Over the next several weeks I will share with you some of the swaps.  This card uses the beautiful Witches' Brew Designer Series Paper and the Halloween Hello Stamp Set.   It was shared with me by Julie Brancart.

Stampin' Up! Founder's Circle Retreat

I need to take a moment to thank all my amazing customers and downline members who have helped me earn Stampin' Up!'s Founder's Circle Retreat for the 12th year in a row.  I am truly blessed by each of you.  Earning a spot in Founder’s Circle is one of the most sought-after awards for Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.  On the retreat we are surrounded by over 100 very successful demonstrators from the US and Canada.  We went to St. George, Utah just outside Zion National Park, one of my favorite spots in the US.  We had lots of R&R, pampering, and of course pillow gifts.  This year was a little different with out Shelli Gardner, the co-founder of the company.  She was seriously injured in a horseback accident several weeks ago and is still recovering and was un able to attend.  She was in our hearts and prayers for sure.

Winter Frost Specialty Designer Sreies Paper

Festival Flurry Bundle_WinterFrost DSP

I am so in love with Stampin' Up!'s exclusive Winter Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper, again I know I love blues, but even if I didn't these colors are just so pretty together.  And the Festive Flurry Bundle is by far the best selling bundle right now.  If you have been stamping for awhile, I am sure you have snowflake stamps, but with this set having the matching framelits in four sizes it really gives depth to your card.  When you purchase a snowflake set you can use all winter not just for Christmas, and The Joy to the World word set has the Season's Greetings stamp.

Stampin' Up!'s Remembering Christmas Stamp Set

Stampin' Up!'s Remembering Christmas Set has some beautiful words to it, but really don't know what this deer head has to do with Christmas, as it looks like a deer Jay hunts for.  So personally, I think this set makes a better masculine card stamp set verses a Christmas Card.  What are your thoughts?  I love the way this easel card turnout and my Christmas Club will make this week and they can decide if they want to use as a Christmas Card or a masculine card.

Stampin' Up!'s A Banner Christmas & Wonderful Wreath Stamps

A Banner Christmas_Wonder Wreath Wrap

A few years ago we would Have never thought of using brown for a Christmas card, but I say brown is the new black.  Any time you normally would of used black, you can now use brown, like with this Christmas card using Early Espresso and Crumb Cake.  I so love the look of these two colors with the Cherry Cobbler.  The Stampin' Up! Stamp Sets used are A Banner Christmas and the single stamp Wonderful Wreath.  Add some Red Glimmer Paper and some Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding and you have a stunning card.

Stampin' Up!'s Festive Flurry Stamp Set

Nancy Merzke

Nancy Merzke from Rochester, New York created this card for our TEAM Swap.  She used the beautiful Core'dinations Cardstock in Pool Party with the Northern Flurry Embossing Folder, and the very popular Festive Flurry Bundle.  This bundle comes with the Festive Flurry Stamp Set and Festive Flurry Framelits and when you purchase together you get a 15% discount.  This bundle is like no other snowflake set I have, as I have used it so much with the framelits giving my cards so much for depth.
