Halloween Card with Lots of Big Shot Accessories

Love all the Big Shot accessories Amy Storrie used on her card for Founder's Swap the Oval Accent Bigz Clear Die, Delicate Doilies Sizzlits L, and the Apothecary Accent Framelits.  I wonder how we even made a card before the Big Shot?  The 1/2" Stripped Satin Ribbon in Black, found in the Holiday Catalog along with the Designer Paper Howlstooth & Scaringbone, stamps from the Googly Gouls, the Googlies, and the Designer Ribbon Slides gives this card great dimension.

Googly Ghouls Stamp Set

Okay I have to admit, I have never been Halloween person.  This year the Googy Ghouls Stamp Set was my first Halloween Stamp Set that I have ever purchased.  This card was created by my dear friend Meg Loven.  I flew into to Founder's Retreat and met up with Meg, Lynsay Mahon, and Cindy Baughman what a great group of gals.  What fun.  Love this card cute and simple my kind of card.  Meg used the Howlstooth & Scaringbone Designer Series Paper just to add a little color.

Papaya Collage Stamp Set

Been wanting to share this beautiful tag with you for some time.  It was stamped by Shelli Gardner Cofounder & CEO of Stampin' Up!.  At convnetion in July the theme was "I AM".  Well the day before convention all Senior Excuetives and above are invited to a special meeting with Shelli and our president Rich Jutkins.  There is only about 50 of us and we get to talk about things going on with the copmany.  I am very honored to be part of this group.  Well Shelli gave each of us a bag with this tag on it filled with things that she loves.  How exciting is that?  Her favorite lotion, lip balm, candle, ink pen, granola (made by Sterling her husband), favorite chocolate and many more things.  Even though I have had the honor to work with Shelli many times, this really made me know her just a little better.  And the tag made with the Papaya Collage Stamp Set truly Shelli.

Kanab Stampin' Up! Manufacturing Facilty

While on the Founder's Circle Retreat we toured our manfucaturing facility.  It is an amazing place and has changed so much in the 11 years I have been going there.  Above the facility Shelli has an apartment, or at least that is what she calls it, it is a full house in my book.  So tastefully decorated of course with wonderful antiques.  Here I am with Shelli in front of the fireplace.

Stampin' Up! PJ Party

At the Founder's Retreat SU! has the whole hotel, which means we can be in our PJ all day if we wish or swimming suit.  But there is always a special night in our PJ it's the business share and swap night.  Demonstrators share what is working in their business and those that want take part in an organized card swap.  Here we all are in our PJ'S in the gathering place, the special place we can go to do our make-n-takes, grab a bite to eat or just relax and chat with other demonstrators.

This year Bonnie Thurber put a challenge out to us that our swap was to be two layers.  Gosh that is a very hard one, and we tried to stick to it as close as we could.  You will see may of these swaps over the coming weeks, but today here is a look at Shelli & Sarah's they followed the rules with two layes.
