Watercolor Trio

Watercolor Trio was the stamp set that Deisgn TEAM member Tracy Spangler picked.  She used the Presto Pattern Specialty Serigner Series Paper on the bottom of the color and brayered to color.

Elements of Style

This card was designed by Sherm Langan for our We Bee Stamping Group meeting.  Sherm was part of the design TEAM and they were asked to teach a new technique.  Sherm called this technique In Laid Wood.

Rosa Youschak--Design TEAM

Rosa Youschak, from Lake City, PA, was a member of my Design TEAM.  She picked the adorable set A Little Bit of Magic for the projects she made.  She used the Vanilla Smooch Spritz from the Summer Mini on the card and it just shimmered.

Design TEAM-Mary Rodger's Project

This past weekend I had a downline training for the demonstrators under me.  I tried something new this time and asked 4 very talented demonstrator's under me to be part of a Design TEAM for this event.  I ask them to pick a stamp set out of the new Summer Mini and design 4 projects using this set.  One of the projects needed to be a new technique.  Mary Rodgers of Rochester, New York designed the card below.  It was a technique called Diamond Dust.

Watercolor Trio

Reverse Popping Pastel and the embossed with Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder, is the technique used with this card.  The card posted on 5/10 was done with Popping Pastel Technique.  So often I forget about all the fun things you can do with your pastels.

Carry Over From Past Minis

With Stampin' Up having 4-6 mini catalogs a year in addition to our big catalog, it can get a little confusing to which fun stamping products are current and which ones are retired.   Here is a rundown of all the products from our past mini catalogs that can still be ordered if you were sad you missed them the first time!

I hope that helps clear up the mini catalog questions!

p.s.  The retiring colors are going fast!  If you haven't taken inventory of paper, ink refills or ink pads you need, better go check and email me your orders or place your order on-line at www.stampingwithlinda.stampinup.net   If you need to see the retiring colors list again, you can view in the left hand column of this bog.

June 1st, the retiring stamp set will be coming out and I'll post it here for you!

Sorry it has been so long with out a post.  I have been having major computer problems, plus was on the SU! Cruise.  But hopefully the computer issues are behind me.  I hope you have all received the New Summer Mini.  If you have not and would like a copy, please let me know, and I will get one right out to you.  The stamp set Watercolor Trio on page 16, is the set I am featuring with this round of Stamps-in-the-Mail.  You still have until May 20 to sign up if you are interested.  Here is a fun sample with the set.
