Last of the Purse Samples

Linda Crawford sporting here tropical bag, told her she needed to let me have for my Stampin'  Up! cruise, but guess she needed herself.

Here is the purse I made for my Mom for Mother's Day.  This is the second purse I have done and really would like to do more, when time permits.

Some more samples of Quilt Purses

Mary Ann  Rossiter made this purse.  Love the color combination and the way she put her button in the middle of the Flower Fold Flower for her closure.

Michele Smith sports her new purse.  It was so fun watching the different colors of fabric come together.  Each purse looked so different.

Shimmering Spray

I LOVE this look, sample is hard to see the shimmer in the card, but I sprayed it with a mist from the shimmer paint that was held over from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  This is one of my demonstration at my workshop this month.  Would love for you to book a workshop so I can show you the technique.  I used the precut notecards which makes making a card super fast.

You've been there.  You are out shopping and see the clearance rack at the back of the store.   A few people are already there, pawing through it and jockeying for the best position to get a deal  You try to be considerate and let the other person grab it before you and then wish you had mowed her over to get it because you really wanted it!

If you'd love to browse through a clearance rack alone, with no competition, and no arm wrestling, let me show you a hidden gem with some great deals for stampers!

Stampin' Up has an online clearance rack that has tons of retired or surplus of fun accessories that are only available online.   There are WAY too many to list but here is a sampling:

Creamy Caramel gingham ribbon - regularly 7.99 now on the clearance rack for only 3.99 for 15 yards!

Remember this paper? Haiku Designer Series Paper was 9.95 for the pack of 12 double-sided sheets.  Guess how much now?  $3.99!

80 Earth buttons for $2.79 - crazy!

The only way to purchase any of Clearance Rack items is online - emailing me with your order won't work.  As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I have a website and shopping cart online so it makes it super easy to shop.  So to place your order

Great Purses

Here are some close up pictures of the purses.

Tina Semme made a bigger purse, loved the colors and size.  She also used the flower fold die to put a large matching flower on the front, for some reason didn't get a picture of that.

Joyce Beitel loves coffee and the fabric she picked had coffee items all over.  As you can see by her smile she was very happy.

Group Sewing Day with the Big Shot

On Saturday 6 demonstrators came to my house to sew the Quilt Rag Purses that are so popular using the square scallop die with the Big Shot.  What fun we had and the purse were so different and beautiful.

Joyce Beitel & Mom,Linda Crawford all smiles as they sew away.  These purchases are so easy to make we had ladies who never had sewn before make beautiful purses.

Here is a group photo of use showing off our purses.  We had a pot luck lunch that was so delicious out on the deck and got to enjoy Ohio's beautiful spring weather.
